Jin brought me a very special gift

Today is the last day Jin stay in Houston and I went to a Chinese buffet with him for lunch.The food was nice and there were an old lady play "Er Hu", a traditioanl Chinese instrument, for tips. I don't know how others think, but I was totally freaking out when I heard her playing. No music inside the soul, no passion, just like a tired voice surrounding me saying that tip me tip me...................It is not always good to have live music played, especially when you don't have good musicians working for you. It was a punishment for me to hear that!

今天是林津在休斯敦的最后一天,下午2:00他就要搭飞机回纽约了。短短一聚,分别之后又不知道下次再见是何日。中午和林津一起去家附近的中餐馆吃自助。味道还不错,尤其是螃蟹。唯一的遗憾是,餐馆里请了位老阿姨,为今天的父亲节助兴拉琴。可惜,老阿姨的二胡拉得实在是太..........平铺直叙,没有抑扬顿挫就算了,还常常有走音。听得我实在是痛苦极了。没有好乐手的时候,找人充数实在不是高招,反而会砸了自己的生意。唉,我的耳朵又一次picky了。
